With the ongoing worldwide COVID-19 crisis, SEEDA-CECNSM 2020 conference is going fully online. It will take place the same days that we had planned for the physical meeting in Corfu, i.e., September 25-27, 2020. Conference days and talks have been shortened, as attending continuous streaming presentation is quite tiring.
General paper presentation instructions to authors:
SEEDA-CECNSM 2020 sessions are scheduled to include many papers in a first-come-first-serve manner. E.g., for a session lasting 100 minutes between 16:00-17:40, 5 papers are scheduled to be presented in the following order, whereas 20 mins will be available for each paper presentation, including Q&A.
- paper 1: 16:00-16:20
- paper 2: 16:20-16:40
- paper 3: 16:40-17:00
- paper 4: 17:00-17:20
- paper 5: 17:20-17:40
Each session’s paper order is mentioned in the detailed programme. As a rule of thumb, SEEDA-CECNSM presenters are kindly requested to prepare a 15min paper presentation in any format to be shared with other session participants via a Zoom screen sharing option from their laptop/PC and allow for 5 mins Q&A at the end.
Participants to the workshop, special sessions and/or conference not presenting a talk, will be able to attend for free.

Please note that access to virtual rooms is enabled 15 minutes before the actual starting time of each session, to allow presenters to test their connection/presentations.
